: Not using any mods. I bought the dine out expension pack today, because why not BUT after spending a total of 4 to 5 hours of building restaurants, I can't open my restaurants no matter how many times I click on the 'open' button.
Installing these mods requires you to extract the mod files to Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods folder on your PC / Mac. They'll order ahead and come to pick up their food.
